To determine shipping costs for International packages, add all items to cart and continue checkout process. Once your shipping address has been entered, you will have the option to view all shipping options.
We offer First Class Mail International in order to accommodate customers who are not in a hurry to receive their package and who prefer to pay a lower cost shipping fee, however, we cannot guarantee delivery and we cannot refund or resend your order should it be lost, damaged, detained by customs, or for any other reason not received by you. We highly recommend that our customers upgrade by spending a few more dollars and select a more guaranteed delivery, such as Express or Priority International (USPS) mail. Shipping with First-Class Mail International can take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive in Canada and the same or longer to countries further from the United States of America.
Your country may impose additional charges on you upon receipt of your order, which are outside of any shipping charges we may have charged and are your responsibility. You may want to determine these charges, if any, prior to placing your order.
Should your package be returned for any of the following reasons, we will issue a credit less 20% restocking fee, less shipping and handling, and less any other charges we might incur, such as return postage.
Each country carries its own rules governing the types of products that can be imported. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are allowed into your country. These rules may change over a period of time, therefore we suggest that you check prior to each order to ensure such rules have not changed.

If we are out of stock on a particular product:
Please add the product to your cart and complete your purchase. We will then ship your order the same day we receive our inventory. This insures that your order is one of the first filled. On some occasions we may request that a manufacturer ship a product directly to you if we are out of stock. This will speed up delivery to you.
We offer auto-ship! After placing an order, send us an email to info@VitaminWagon.com letting us know that you would like us to automatically ship an Order to you each month. Tell us what products you would like and how many of each as well as the date that you would like your card to be charged, be sure to include your area code and telephone number. We will then contact you to set up Auto-Ship and take your payment information. Should you need to change or cancel any Autoship item or Order, please contact us 3 days prior to your regularly scheduled Autoship date and we will make adjustments per your request.
We also offer a Re-Order service which involves our contacting you each month to take your order over the telephone. If you would like to be placed on our Re-Order List, call or email us or add a note to the Customer Notes section on your next order. If there is a particular day each month you would like us to call you, let us know, we will be happy to call at your convenience.
On All Orders
We often discount the actual cost of shipping products to our customers. Should you decide to return your products for any reason, a deduction of our actual shipping costs, less the amount you paid for shipping, will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
