You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We ship within the United States and Internationally.  Country code and telephone number are required on all International Custom Forms. If we are shipping your package to a location outside of the USA, please be sure to include your country code and telephone number when placing your order otherwise your order will be delayed until we are able to reach you via email.

We often discount the actual cost of shipping products to our customers. Should you decide to return your products for any reason, a deduction of our actual shipping costs, less the amount you paid for shipping, will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Our customers prefer fast delivery at low prices and we aim to please...we offer USPS:
U.S. Post Office First Class, Parcel Post, Priority and Express Mail with Saturday delivery (U.S.A.)
or  UPS Ground, UPS Saver, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air (U.S.A.)

We are able to offer the lowest, flat-rates with USPS.  UPS Shipping is also available. $3.99 Super Saver US Postal Service (This option is available on lighter weight packages and will ship first-class mail via US Postal Service) $4.99 Up to 100 pounds US Postal Service (This option is available on orders weighing 100 pounds or less.) Priority Mail U.S. Postal Service is available on all orders for a small additional charge INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS  U.S. Post Office Express Mail, Priority Mail and First-Class International or UPS Worldwide for orders being delivered outside of the U.S.A.  Please see below for First Class International Package option. Always include your country code and telephone number as it is required on International Customs Forms. To determine shipping costs for International packages, add all items to cart and continue checkout process.  Once your shipping address has been entered, you will have the option to view all shipping options.   We offer First Class Mail International in order to accommodate customers who are not in a hurry to receive their package and who prefer to  pay a lower cost shipping fee, however, we cannot guarantee delivery and we cannot refund or resend your order should it be lost, damaged, detained by customs, or for any other reason not received by you.  We highly recommend that our customers upgrade by spending a few more dollars and select a more guaranteed delivery, such as Express or Priority International (USPS) or UPS Worldwide. Shipping with First-Class Mail International can take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive in Canada and the same or longer to countries further from the United States of America. Import Fees: Your country may impose additional charges on you upon receipt of your order, which are outside of any shipping charges we may have charged and are your responsibility. You may want to determine these charges, if any, prior to placing your order. Import Restrictions: Each country carries its own rules governing the types of products that can be imported. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are allowed into your country.  These rules may change over a period of time, therefore we suggest that you check prior to each order to ensure such rules have not changed.  Restocking Fee for Customers Outside of the U.S.A. Should your package be returned for any of the following reasons, we will issue a credit less 20% restocking fee, less shipping and handling, and less any other charges we might incur,  such as return postage. 1. Wrong address 2. Nobody at shipping address to receive package 3. The products within your package are banned in your country If we are out of stock on a particular product:  Please add the product to your cart and complete your purchase.  We will then ship your order the same day we receive our inventory.  This insures that your order is one of the first filled.  On some occasions we may request that a manufacturer ship a product directly to you if we are out of stock. This will speed up delivery to you.
