We strive in every way to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any product
you have purchased from us, you may return the unopened container within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund
less shipping charges.  Products must be in the original, factory sealed container.

Liquids, sprays, probiotics, glutathione, eHCG, eHGH, IGF-1, Balance, Methyl-Mate, flax-seed and other oils are
not returnable even if they have not been opened. 
Products that require refrigeration are also not returnable.  

Products sold as "Final Sale" or  those with an expiration date of  five months or less from date of
purchase do not qualify for any type of exchange or refund.
The expiration date of products which will expire within five months are 
indicated within the product description.

We cannot be responsible for shipping and handling costs on returned items. Additionally, should you
decide to return your products, a deduction of our actual shipping costs less what you were charged for shipping
will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.  If you received Free Shipping,
but must return an item, we deduct our actual shipping cost from the amount refunded to you

We recommend using a shipper who is able to insure the return of your package to us,
as we cannot be responsible  for items that do not make it back to our warehouse.

All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt.
