Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate - P5P - (60 Capsules)

A Vitamin B6 supplement. Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P) is the active form (does not require activation by the liver) of Vitamin B6 to provide optimal utilization.* P5P aids in the absorption of B12, and supports the immune system and brain function.* It is also required by the nervous system and is a necessary cofactor in managing homocysteine levels, to support cardiovascular health.*

Take 1 capsule 2 to 4 times daily.

Each capsule contains:
Vitamin B6
(from 50 mg Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate) . . . .33.8 mg
