Antibiotics in our food supply necessitates everyone getting a probiotic, which we believe is necessary, on a daily basis, but no acidophilus formulation works at maximum efficiency without this unique combination of soluble and insoluble fiber that is needed to help colonize and fortify healthy bowel flora.
