5-HTP (90 Capsules) - A dietary supplement to support proper mood, sleep, and appetite functions.* 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) is a precursor to Serotonin production in the brain. Serotonin is a key neurotransmitter, manufactured in the brain, that helps support mood and appetite balance, and sleep functions. Optimum Serotonin levels promote feelings of calm and emotional balance. In addition, Serotonin plays important roles in the body's ability to respond to pain and in regulating the appetite by controlling the sensations of "fullness" and "carbohydrate craving." 5-HTP can be an effective mood balancer.*

Each capsule contains 5 mg Vitamin B6, 50 mg 5-hydroxytryptophan.

Other ingredients: cellulose, silicon dioxide, gelatin, water.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsules 20 minutes before a meal, three times daily.
